What I was most impressed is that after everything was all said and done and money paid, they stayed on top of any warranty items that popped up. Nathan was very easy to work with and guided us thru everything. I loved it that he listened to the special things we wanted to do and did whatever it took to make it happen. Special props to Matt. He was our go-to guy on a daly basis and was there whenever we needed him in the middle of project up until taking care of all punchless items that came up. "RED BaRN Custom Homes built an addition to my 1920’s farm house which tripled the size of the old farm house. Lots of issues and problems arose including rotten supports in the old house and uneven floors in the farm house. All of these problems were addressed and solved with no short cuts taken. RED BaRN Custom Homes management helped work through every problem discovered and in the end delivered a beautiful 3,100 sqft addition. The craft labor was excellent especially the supervisor’s oversight and direction. They maintained consistent management oversight throughout the build which was key to the successful project completion. I was impressed with how well they maintained the cleanliness of the building site. This was a big deal since I lived in the old farm house through the entire construction period with my two dogs. Finally they put emphasis on cleaning up the punch list items after turnover to me. They did a very good job and I would highly recommend RED BaRN Custom Homes for building projects of this size. They are truly customer focused."
