What’s included in the pre-construction phase?

This phase includes site evaluation, architectural planning, permitting, and interior design selections to ensure all details are finalized before construction begins.

Design & Customization

Can I make design changes after construction begins?

We work hard to finalize every detail before construction, but minor changes may be possible. However, changes may affect the timeline and budget, and must be reviewed before approval.

Pricing & Fixed-Price Model

What does your fixed-price model mean?

Unlike traditional cost-plus builders, our fixed-price model ensures you know the total cost upfront, eliminating unexpected budget increases.

What is included in the base price of my custom home?

The base price includes architectural planning, materials, labor, interior and exterior finishes, permits, and site development. Some specialty upgrades may have additional costs.

Do you require a down payment?

Yes, we require a pre-construction deposit to begin the design and permitting phase, which is applied toward your total home cost.

Construction & Timeline

When will construction begin after signing the contract?

Once all design selections, permits, and financing are finalized, construction typically starts within a few weeks.

Can I visit the construction site during the build?

Absolutely! We encourage scheduled visits at key milestones, and our project managers will provide regular updates throughout the process.
