Nathan is a driving force behind RED BaRN Custom Homes. As a founding partner, he brings strategic vision to the company, focusing on operational excellence and building strong client relationships. With a background in high-end remodeling, residential construction, and project management, Nathan Beavers has spent years mastering luxury home building and large-scale renovations. Before co-owning RED BaRN Custom Homes, he worked extensively on historical restorations and modern custom builds, refining his expertise in construction materials, architectural design, and efficient building processes.

As Co-Owner and Director of Construction, Nathan ensures that every home is built with precision, durability, and timeless quality, leading projects with a commitment to transparency and client collaboration. Ken Corsini

Co-Owner

Ken Corsini is a licensed General Contractor and seasoned real estate expert based in Woodstock, Georgia. With over 15 years of experience, Ken has overseen thousands of transactions and has been directly involved in upwards of 1,000 construction projects, including residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. His deep knowledge of construction and development has made him a trusted leader in the industry.

In addition to his construction expertise, Ken is the founder of multiple RED BaRN branded real estate ventures, including a brokerage, lending company, and RED BaRN Homebuyers, a nationwide franchise for real estate investors.

Ken holds a Business degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. Known for his roles on HGTV’s Flip or Flop Atlanta, Flipping Showdown, and Rock the Block Season 2, Ken combines real-world experience with national recognition, delivering exceptional results on every project.
