Nathan Beavers, Co-Owner and Director of Construction at RED BaRN Custom Homes, is the steady force behind the company’s reputation for precision, quality, and client-focused service. With a background in high-end remodeling, residential construction, and project management, he brings decades of experience to each project—from historical restorations to modern custom builds. Nathan plays a key role in guiding clients through the process, staying engaged at critical points to ensure every home is built with lasting craftsmanship, efficient planning, and thoughtful oversight. His leadership and commitment to a seamless, transparent experience have helped establish RED BaRN as one of Georgia’s premier luxury home builders.

Ken Corsini is a licensed General Contractor and real estate expert with over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family construction. Ken has overseen thousands of real estate transactions and more than 1,000 construction projects. He is also the founder of several RED BaRN ventures, including a brokerage, lending company, and a nationwide real estate investment franchise. He holds a Business degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. Widely recognized for his roles on HGTV’s Flip or Flop Atlanta, Flipping Showdown, and Rock the Block, Ken blends deep industry knowledge with national exposure to deliver trusted leadership and results.
